I’m Cristobal D. Padron, a Florida-licensed attorney with nearly 13 years of experience advocating for justice in civil, family, and criminal law. Throughout my career, I’ve represented thousands of clients, navigating complex legal cases ranging from domestic violence protection orders to family law disputes and federal litigation. Now, as Director of Legal Affairs for the Wings to Freedom Foundation, I am honored to use my legal expertise to support survivors, protect their rights, and help create safer communities through advocacy, policy, and legal assistance.
My Story
My passion for the law is deeply rooted in my commitment to justice and service. Throughout my career, I’ve handled hundreds of bench trials and numerous jury trials, advocating for victims of domestic violence, family disputes, and individuals seeking protection under the law. As a pro bono Guardian Ad Litem with Dade Legal Aid and a proud member of organizations like the Wings to Freedom Foundation and Kidside, I’ve dedicated my practice to giving a voice to those who need it most.

In my role as Director of Legal Affairs, I am committed to using my experience in litigation, legal research, and advocacy to strengthen the foundation’s mission. From ensuring legal protections for survivors to advising on policies that support victims’ rights, I am honored to be part of an organization that is making a lasting impact. Justice is not just about the courtroom—it’s about creating safer communities, empowering survivors, and making sure no one has to face their challenges alone.
