Hello
I’m Jacqueline Exceus, a forensic expert, educator, and passionate advocate for justice and community empowerment. With over a decade of experience as a Crime Scene Investigator, I have dedicated my career to uncovering the truth, supporting victims, and ensuring justice is served. Beyond my work in forensic investigations, I have been deeply involved in civic engagement, child advocacy, and community leadership. Now, as Chairwoman of the Foundation, I am honored to lead our mission to protect, support, and uplift survivors of domestic violence and underserved families.
My Story
My passion for justice extends far beyond crime scenes—it’s about creating real, lasting change in people’s lives. Throughout my career, I have worked to bridge gaps in victim services, advocate for policy reforms, and educate communities on crime prevention and support resources. As a board member of The Children's Trust and an educator, I have seen firsthand how strategic leadership and strong community programs can transform lives.
As Chairwoman, my role is to guide the foundation’s vision, oversee programs that provide critical support, and work with leaders, donors, and policymakers to drive meaningful change. By building partnerships, securing resources, and ensuring strong governance, I am committed to expanding our foundation’s reach and strengthening our impact. Together, we can create safer communities, empower survivors, and build a future where every individual has the support they need to thrive.
